Staff Profile – Steve Taylor

Steve joined the customer service team at Quantum mid October 2006 with the expansion into the new premises at Murarrie, Brisbane, his current position is a Customer Service Officer. Steve is always on hand to assist customers with any enquiries they have and is responsible for entering and dispatching equipment orders. He grew up in Melbourne and then migrated to Brisbane in the late 70’s.

Steve spent 17 years in the chemical industry working his way through manufacturing and warehousing before changing shirts to lead the customer service team supplying the fine chemical, pool and hardware, food, nutrition and industrial manufacturing sectors. An opportunity saw him join the timber industry during the launch of a new range of hardwood flooring in a customer service / sales support role.

Steve is married to Vivien who shares his passion for home grown food, watching motorsport and beach fishing. They have so far been blessed with three children and two grandchildren.
