Quantum Scientific System Qualification

Quantum Scientific is continuing to grow with its surroundings. As more regulation comes into the market, Quantum Scientific has answered the call of our clients. We have now launched a new product that will assist in the Validation of your scientific equipment - the new Qualification Workbook for Sanyo Equipment. This includes Installation Qualification (IQ), Operational Qualification (OQ), Performance Qualification (PQ) and Maintenance Qualification (MQ). This workbook meets GLP and GMP standards. These Qualification protocols are carried out by Quantum Scientific trained personnel. All test equipment used with this qualification is externally calibrated annually to NATA standards.

What is Validation?
Validation is defined as documented evidence that ensures with a high degree of certainty that Product Design, Manufacturing Process, Test Methods or Laboratory/Production equipment perform consistently within pre-determined specifications.

Qualification is the performance of tests and/or challenges to determine if a component in a process is adequate and results in a product that conforms to specifications. A Qualification Protocol is a written plan stating how the qualification will be conducted, including test parameters, product specifications and acceptance criteria.

Quantum Scientific's Qualification Workbook consists of IQ/OQ/PQ documents as provided by Sanyo. In addition, we offer Maintenance Qualification (MQ) in the workbook which tests the unit is running to its optimal performance of your equipment. The workbooks also include the original inspection reports from Sanyo.
