The SANYO Biomedical Freezer product line includes undercounter, chest and upright models designed for short or intermediate term storage at temperatures as low as -30°C .

These fully featured instruments come in a range of sizes and ensure your samples, reagents and precious extractions are kept safe from potentially damaging freeze/thaw cycles that can occur in domestic style, cyclic defrost units. In a -20ºC domestic freezer, the temperature can fluctuate between 10-15ºC during a defrost cycle.

Sanyo utilises specific technology in their refrigeration systems, ensuring the cabinet temperature remains stable and consistent, 100% of the time. Protection features to ensure long term viability of your precious stored material  include high and low temperature alarms, power failure alarms, alarm ring back if silenced, remote alarm contacts, and RS232C/485 monitoring via the optional interface board. Other features such as direct cooling, ensure better temperature recovery after every door opening.

Convenient internal storage options make it easier to find, catalogue and store your samples. Key lockable enables protection of your expensive reagents and potentially irreplaceable samples, and being extremely quiet allows placement directly in your work space without annoyance. These freezers come in a range of sizes from 274 litres to 482 litres in the upright styles and 138 litres to 426 litres in the chest options.
