Quantum Scientific is one of Australia’s fastest growing and most successful suppliers of equipment, consumables and reagents to the Australian Life Sciences market. Due to our continued strong growth we have a position available for a suitably experienced full-time Customer Service Officer based in our Brisbane headquarters at Murarrie.
In this fast-paced position, you will be responsible for providing excellent customer service as well as other sales support related activities. The successful applicant will also be responsible for accurate processing of goods, receipting and inventory levels, with a focus on exemplary customer communication.
We are seeking a highly organized individual with close attention to detail and experience in a customer service or sales environment. The successful applicant will be team orientated and possess excellent communication skills both written and verbal. They must also be familiar and competent with using standard Microsoft programs as well as having demonstrated ability to quickly learn new programs. A formal qualification in a life sciences discipline or equivalent is preferred however applicants with previous experience in the scientific industry will also be considered.
Salary offered will be commensurate with experience.
