CHAM-MATE is a non-toxic, non-polluting powder designed specifically for the cleaning of autoclaves, their associated pipe work and the water deposits that build up in and around the chamber. The special formula, designed for steam sterilising systems, cleans surfaces such as stainless steel, copper, silicon rubber and plastic. The cleaning procedure simply involves spreading the powder from the satchel into the base of the unit, with a little on any shelves in the system. Run the autoclave through a standard sterilisation cycle, drain the water, then wipe clean. The powder is supplied in packs of ten individual satchels. |

Polycarbonate Freezer Storage Boxes |

Quantum Scientific offer their own range of Cryovial Storage Boxes for tubes from 1.5 to 5ml. Made of extra strong polycarbonate, these cryogenic boxes are designed to be used in temperatures between -190oC and +121oC and are autoclavable. Different models are available to accommodate either 81 or 100 tubes. A transparent cover allows the user to see the contents of the box and is keyed to the base to avoid misalignment. The covers are printed with a series of numbered squares and also accept writing with markers to allow for better inventory control. The boxes are available in blue, yellow, green and red. |
